4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery areas and fees will be displayed at checkout.

We make every effort to deliver within the chosen time slot, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders delivered to the provided address will be considered fulfilled.
5. Freshness & Food Safety

Once delivered, Kindred Cuisine is not responsible for food stored improperly or consumed beyond recommended times.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to the Friday before delivery for full refund

Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
8. Catering & Events

Catering orders require advance notice and may be subject to a deposit.

Final guest counts and menu choices must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 of the event.

All website content, including images, text, and branding, belongs to Kindred Cuisine. Please do not copy or use without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we always aim for excellence, Kindred Cuisine is not responsible for damages beyond the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our services.
