2. Ordering

  • Orders may be placed through our website, by phone, or through approved partners.

  • Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via text.

  • Minimum order requirements may apply for delivery.

3. Payment

  • All prices are listed in US DOLLAR ($).

  • We accept payments through debit / credit cards, and gift cards my be purchased via check.

  • Payment is required at the time of order.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer both delivery and pickup options. Delivery areas and fees will be displayed at checkout.

  • We make every effort to deliver within the chosen time slot, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders delivered to the provided address will be considered fulfilled.

5. Freshness & Food Safety

  • Our meals are prepared with fresh ingredients. Please follow safe food handling practices and refrigerate or consume your order within the recommended time frame provided with your meal.

  • Once delivered, Kindred Cuisine is not responsible for food stored improperly or consumed beyond recommended times.

6. Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • We take dietary restrictions seriously and do our best to accommodate requests.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is allergen-free. Please review ingredient information carefully before ordering.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled up to the Friday before delivery for full refund
     

  • Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

8. Catering & Events

  • Catering orders require advance notice and may be subject to a deposit.

  • Final guest counts and menu choices must be confirmed by the agreed deadline.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 14 of the event.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, and branding, belongs to Kindred Cuisine. Please do not copy or use without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we always aim for excellence, Kindred Cuisine is not responsible for damages beyond the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website.
