We’re here to support you exactly when and how you need it. Fueling a busy week? Recovering from burnout? Craving some ease? We meet you where you are. No subscriptions, no pressure, just thoughtfully prepared food, available on your terms.

Flexibility isn’t just a feature; it’s our core value. We want you to feel supported, not trapped. Nourish yourself in a way that feels intuitive, empowering, and perfectly aligned with your rhythm.

Your food arrives in reusable glass containers and insulated totes. No single-use plastic or throwaway waste.

How We Do It:

  • Your food arrives in glass containers and is packed in an insulated tote bag to keep everything fresh.
  • Just enjoy, rinse the containers, and place the containers in the tote they came in.
  • Please be sure to place all lids back on containers after rinsing to ensure they stay together.
  • If you utilize delivery, leave your tote (containing the empty containers) outside your door. We’ll pick them up when we drop off your next order.
  • If you pick up, just bring your tote (containing the empty containers) with you the following week when you pick up.
  • If you are going to skip more than a week or two, we ask that you request a pick up or return to one of our locations. All containers are professionally sanitized to food safety standards—ready to be used again and again.

By returning your containers, you’re helping reduce waste and

How to order

Kindred Cuisine uses an application called Bottle to manage all online orders. When you click “Order Now,” you’ll be redirected to the secure Bottle website where you can browse the menu, customize servings, and select your preferences.

  1. Choose Your Meal: Select from our rotating menu of delicious, allergen-friendly options.
  2. Customize Your Portions
  3. Add to Cart:
  4. Proceed to Checkout: Simply click “Proceed to Checkout” and complete your payment securely.
  5. Get Ready to Enjoy! You’ll receive a confirmation text with all the details.

What kinds of meals do you offer?

Each week, we offer:

  • Nourishing, ready-to-eat meals
  • Clean, versatile proteins
  • Flavor-packed sides
  • Often a delicious (and sometimes almost healthy) dessert

You may have already read this, but we believe food is medicine, and I believe that sometimes the best medicine is a sweet treat!

Most meals are ready to eat or simply reheat. Some can be enjoyed cold, while others are perfect after a quick warm-up in the microwave or oven.

If something is labeled “Ready for your oven” it just needs a few extra minutes or possibly an extra step to bring out its best.

We keep an updated menu on our website where you can view:

  • Current offerings
  • Upcoming meals
  • Reheating instructions
  • Ingredient and allergen details

Your order will be ready Tuesday afternoons between 12:00-4:30, just in time to make your week a little easier.

You can have your order delivered or you can pick it up. Either way, you will receive an insulated reusable bag created just for you.

We deliver throughout most of the Portland metro area, Vancouver, and many parts of the Gorge. To see if your address is within our delivery zone, click “Order Now” and view the delivery map.

We charge a small delivery fee based on your location. Deliveries typically arrive between 12:00–4:00pm on every Tuesday afternoon.

Many customers leave a cooler with ice on the porch — or have meals delivered to their workplace. Whichever is easier for you.

We currently offer pick-up at two convenient locations:

Cork Wine Shop in downtown Hood River

Orders are due by Thursday at 9:00pm for the following Tuesday’s delivery or pick-up.

We require a small, refundable deposit on our reusable containers. This helps us reduce waste and ensures your meals arrive safely.

We use a user-friendly platform called Bottle to process orders and payments. After placing your order, you will get a confirmation text to let you know we have received it.
