Orange Chicken & Bok Choy
Ingredients
Chicken, Olive Oil, Orange Juice, Fresh Mandarin Oranges, Garlic Clove, Fresh Ginger, Honey, Sesame Oil, Coconut Aminos, Bok Choy, Green Onion, Kale, Sesame Seeds, Sushi Rice
Directions
- Measure rice and rinse under cold water until it runs clear. Pour into a sauce pan with lid, add twice the amount of water (e.g. 1.5 cups of rice with 3 cups of water). Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a low simmer. Set timer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove from heat and let stand with lid on for 10 minutes.
- You may reheat the chicken and sauce in the microwave, or in the oven (covered) at 350 until it is bubbling.
