Asian noodles topped with grilled Korean-style beef, carrots, cucumber, cilantro and radish then finished with a gochujang sweet and sour sauce. This dish is packed with protein from the beef, antioxidants from the colorful vegetables, and gut-friendly spice from the fermented gochujang… and amazing flavor!

Sweet and Sour Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • Korean Beef, Coconut Aminos, Gochujang, Raspberry Jam, Garlic Powder, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Radish, Carrots, Greens, Cilantro, Sesame Seeds, Asian/Vermicelli Noodles, Sweet Chili Sauce

Directions

  • Separate noodles and beef/veggies if possible.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking.
  • Stir occasionally for 5–7 minutes, until heated through.
  • Combine noodles and toppings, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
  • Add a drizzle of sweet chili sauce or coconut aminos after reheating to refresh the flavors.
