Bahn Mi Bowl
Our Bahn Mi Bowl is inspired by the bold flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisine and features tender lemongrass turkey meatballs served over crisp greens and vibrant vegetables, all topped with a tangy, umami-rich sesame-ginger vinaigrette. With layers of flavor from fresh herbs, crunchy seeds, and house-pickled vegetables, this bowl is as satisfying as it is nourishing. This dish is naturally gluten- and dairy-free and packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger, garlic, and turmeric-rich daikon. Ingredients
Ground turkey, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, sesame oil, gluten-free flour, salt, pepper, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, fish sauce, gochujang chili paste, salad greens, carrot, daikon radish, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds
Directions
- This bowl is designed to be enjoyed cold or at room temperature for the freshest flavor and crunch.
Simply remove the lid, drizzle the included sesame-ginger vinaigrette over the top, toss gently, and enjoy. - If You Prefer it Warm (Meatballs Only)
Remove the turkey meatballs and place them in a microwave-safe dish.
Heat for 30–45 seconds or until just warmed through.
