Recipe by Karen Zinck

Ingredients

  • USDA Tri tip, Potatoes, Organic Salad Greens, Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Lemon, Sage, Garlic, Parsley, Cilantro, Paprika, Chili Powder, Red Pepper Flake, Olive Oil, Dijon, Honey, Salt, Pepper

Directions

  • Your steak will arrive seared rare.  Preheat your oven to 400.  Remove the lid, cover with foil, and bake for 15-35 minutes, until heated through.  Use caution when removing the foil – steam will escape.  An internal temperature of about 145 will indicate your steak is finished to medium. Larger cuts will take a bit longer.  You may top your steak with the chimichurri (at room temperature) and enjoy your salad on the side.
