  • Slow cooked Chuck Roast, Chilis in Adobo Sauce, Brown Rice, Organic Black Beans, Lettuce, Onion, Cilantro, Olive Oil, Coconut Sugar, Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar, Oregano, Cumin, Garlic, Radish, Tomato, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • This dish reheats best covered with foil in the oven at 350 for 25-45 minutes, depending on size.  You may also reheat in the microwave, if necessary, covered, mixing each ingredient every two minutes until hot.  Enjoy the greens and pico cold.
