Ingredients

  • Slow-braised beef shank, Garlic, Onion, Organic Celery, Organic Carrots, Organic Broccoli, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Tomato, Red Wine, Chicken Bone Broth, Thyme, Parsley, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • This dish reheats best covered with foil in the oven at 350 for 25-45 minutes, depending on the size.  For the sauce in the jar, you may add that to your dish before placing it in the oven, or you may reheat separately and pour over the beef while it’s hot.  You may also reheat this dish in the microwave, if necessary, covered, stirring each component every two minutes until hot.
