Coq au Vin (Chicken in Wine) – a comforting, flavor-rich classic. Organic chicken marinated in red wine, then roasted with onions, carrots, garlic, tomato, and fresh herbs. Served with mushrooms over our creamy, yet dairy-free, mashed potatoes and a seasonal salad with a white wine vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • Organic Chicken, Organic Bone Broth, Garlic, Onions, Carrots, Red Wine, Tomato, Potato, Organic Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Fresh Lemon White Wine Vinegar, Dijon, Honey, Organic Celery, Zucchini, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375.  Cover with foil and bake for 25-45 minutes (depending on size) until heated through.  Reheat sauce on the stovetop and pour over the chicken.  Enjoy the salad on the side.
