Treat yourself to a tender Filet Mignon (6 oz), paired with golden mashed potatoes and organic green beans. Your steak will be prepared rare, allowing you to reheat it at home to your preferred temperature. Fine dining in the comfort of your home!

Filet Mignon

Ingredients

  • USDA Prime Filet Mignon, Organic Green Beans, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Olive Oil, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Pepper

Directions

  • Remove from the fridge while the oven preheats (to 325), at least 10-15 minutes.  We recommend reheating the steak and green beans together, and the potatoes in a separate dish.  Place everything in the oven, covered.  Check the internal temperature of the steak after 10 minutes, and continue cooking until desired temperature is reached.  Rare – 120, Medium Rare – 130, Medium – 135 to 140.  For extra flavor, sear in olive oil or butter on a hot skillet for 60 seconds each side.  For the mash potatoes, stir when you check the steak, and cook until heated through.
