Garlic Rosemary Steak with Hand Cut Fries & Green Salad

Ingredients

  • USDA Prime steak, Fresh Rosemary, Garlic, Olive Oil, Potatoes, Organic Salad Greens, Tomatoes, Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon, Honey, Onion, Garlic, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Keep your fries frozen for best results.  Preheat your oven to 425.  Spread the fries out on a baking sheet and add salt.  Roast for 10-15 minutes, then turn your oven down to 375, flip the fries, and place your steak on the same baking sheet.  Flip the steak after 5 minutes and cook to preference.  If you have an air fryer, your fries will reheat wonderfully in there!  There is so much variation with air friers, however, select “air fry” and flip/check every 3-4 minutes.
