Moroccan Lentil Soup (Vegan)
Ingredients
Lentils, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Ginger, Cilantro, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Paprika, Salt & Pepper, Vegetable Stock
Directions
- Pour the soup into a small pot.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Simmer for 5–10 minutes, or until heated through.
- If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or vegetable stock to loosen.
