Ingredients

  • Pork, Tomatillos, Poblano Peppers, Garlic, Cilantro, Onion, Oregano, Cumin, Chicken Broth, Olive Oil, Brown Rice, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Don’t forget the extra side of sauce!  In the oven, cover and bake at 350 for 20-45 minutes (depending on the size) until heated all the way through.  Or, as with most of our dishes, you may reheat this one in the microwave as well. Stir each side every two minutes until heated through.
