Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin, Eggplant, Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Tomato, Garlic, White Wine Vinegar, Thyme, Basil, Coconut Sugar, Paprika, Chili Powder, Oregano, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Reheat this dish covered with foil in the oven at 350 for 25-45 minutes, depending on the size.  The pork is fully cooked, so the internal temperature only needs to be 135-140, warmed through without overcooking.
