Seared Steak with Roasted Potatoes & Salad

Simply seasoned, grilled steak served with our roasted potatoes and a seasonal salad. Steaks are seared rare, ready to be finished to your preference at home.

Seared Steak with Roasted Potatoes & Salad

Ingredients

  • USDA Prime Tri Tip Steak, Potato Medley, Organic Salad Greens, Tomato, Onion, Balsamic, Garlic, Parsley, Olive Oil, Dijon, Honey, Salt, Pepper

Directions

  • Your steak will arrive seared rare.  Preheat your oven to 400.  Remove the lid, cover with foil, and bake for 25-40 minutes, until heated through.  Use caution when removing the foil – steam will escape.  An internal temp of about 145 will indicate your steak is medium.  Larger cuts will take a bit longer.  The potatoes will roast well alongside the steak.  Enjoy your salad on the side.
