White Bean and Tomato Shakshuka

White Bean and Tomato Shakshuka

Not just breakfast for dinner, but a slow cook white bean and tomato stew with tender pork and hints of smoky paprika, ginger and turmeric. You pour this into an oven-safe cast iron, or pan, then if you’d like, crack eggs on the top and pop it in the oven. Bake until the stew is bubbling.
