Tender bell peppers filled with savory ground beef, onions, garlic, and herbs, simmered with tomatoes and warm spices, then par-baked for you to finish at home. Shredded cheese is offered on the side in a separate container. Served with our fresh pico de gallo!

Spanish Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • Organic Ground Beef, Bell Peppers, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Red Wine, Oregano, Cilantro, Carrot, Salt & Pepper, Shredded Cheddar Cheese (packed on the side)

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375.  Remove the lid, cover with foil, and place your pepper(s) in the oven.  Bake for 15-20, remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese, and cook until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes more.  Enjoy your fresh house-made pico de gallo on the side.
