Ingredients
Organic Ground Beef, Bell Peppers, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Red Wine, Oregano, Cilantro, Carrot, Salt & Pepper, Shredded Cheddar Cheese (packed on the side)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375. Remove the lid, cover with foil, and place your pepper(s) in the oven. Bake for 15-20, remove the foil, sprinkle the cheese, and cook until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes more. Enjoy your fresh house-made pico de gallo on the side.
