Stuffed Acorn Squash with Shredded Pork

Ingredients

  • Local Winter Squash, Shredded Pork, Onion, Garlic, Mushrooms, Jasmin Rice, Olive Oil, Cranberries, Salad Greens, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Fresh Lemon, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375.  Remove the lid, cover with foil, and place in the oven.  Bake for 20-35 minutes, until heated through.  (The squash is par-baked and everything is cooked through)
