Wild Caught Bristol Bay Salmon roasted in a house-made teriyaki glaze served on a bed of sushi rice with a seasonal vegetable. Finished with green onion, sesame seeds and extra sauce.

Ingredients

  • Wild Caught Salmon (from this amazing family-owned company: https://redsalmon.com), Rice, Brussels Sprouts, Olive Oil, Coconut Aminos, Fresh Lime, Honey, Garlic, Onion, Corn Starch, Ginger, Orange Juice, Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • We suggest a stovetop reheat for this dish.  If you prefer your Brussels a little crispy, the stove top is best.  If you prefer no crisp, reheat the Brussels in the microwave with the rice.  For the salmon (and Brussels if preferred), drizzle a little olive oil in pan heated to medium high.  Heat for about 3 minutes, flipping once, then add the teriyaki sauce and sear for up to one minute.  Promptly remove so the sauce does not burn.
